Tejas Naphade is a Non-Executive (Nominee) Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree of technology in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and was also award ‘Institute Silver Medal’ from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also
holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Leland Stanford Junior University. He is currently associated with Blackstone Advisors India Private as a principal within its private equity business group and has around eight years of experience in private equity.
